I did all that, but where do i see sync status on the chancecoin wallet?
It just opens, i see the tabs above, i click on wallet and nothing happens but other tabs still work (except casino).

It's a bit finicky at times. Could try to restart your computer, run bitcoin-qt.exe as admin, wait for it to fully synch, then run chancecoin gui.exe as admin
finally it works!
I think it took a while to load/install some stuff and didn't give any signs it was loading
