We all know that when gambling starts to stress us out, it often leads to addiction, as they say, gambling is supposed to be entertainment, so we should be enjoying it. But why are there times when we don’t feel happy at all? Instead, we feel stressed and the more we gamble, the worse it gets.
It even ruins our focus on things that are more important than gambling.
So how about you? have you ever felt stressed because of gambling? if yes, what did you do to overcome it?
Once you are not gambling for the fun, you are likely to get stressed out while gambling, so for such not to happen, you as a gambler need to gamble with only the amount that you can afford to lose, and only gamble for fun and not for money making.
Gambling for fun and gambling with the amount of money you can afford to lose are two different contexts, so I don't know why one is the solution for the other. It's not necessary you gamble for fun before you avoid stress, it only has to do with your preparedness and plans regarding the budget and management. Gambling for fun is just being popular, how many people gamble for fun, truly? Does that mean everyone is now stressed? No! But it's good advice to gamble with the money you can afford to lose, this can help prevent mental stress when you are financially strained due to gambling losses.
