Weekly budget for me, depends on the circumstances as well. If I won my bet at the start of the week then I can extend it. But if I lose like in the 3rd day, then I will go and be quiet for the rest of the days, Lol. But that's it, if we are not that discipline and we don't have control, then there's no budget for us.

And if we have that kind of mindset, then obviously we will lose a lot of money. And for the majority of us, discipline is the key to not let ourselves fall on catching up. And for the money that I've lost, I don't write it down, I just mentally see how much it is and then let it go.
