A bad financial situation is already a state of stress from which you need to find a way out before starting other riskier games. First, you need to find a good job to improve your finances and only then start gambling. And this should also be very careful and gradual, on a small part of your salary, so that losing is not the reason that you can return to a state of stress again. Therefore, it is much easier to prevent stress than to try to get out of it later.

If you are already in financial distress, then, you might want to think of pausing any gambling activities for the moment. Much better if you have no financial problem when you start your session because you will just be agitated in chasing your profits. And most of the time, the luck won't play when you want it.

I will have to agree with this and recommend the same. It will feel better for us if there's no stress in gambling, so we might as well just stop if we are on the point of gambling as a problem. I always say this to others, online casinos won't run away, we don't have to rush it. We can always play next month or maybe even after a year, and there's no problem with that.

I believe the cause of stress has always been the chasing of losses. We want our money back so bad that we rush things without realizing that we are hurting our financial status, and next to it will be stress, followed by frustration, and regret. Take a pause. Have a break. It will help.
