The amount isn’t big, but I appreciate the decision of your team. However, it will be better if the withdrawal remains on pending mode instead of getting rejected in such situation. Because users will tempted to place bets with frustration in this type of situation. You're absolutely right - ideally, the withdrawal should have remained in pending status rather than being rejected outright. Unfortunately, in this case, the issue was on our payment provider’s side, and their system automatically rejected all BNB withdrawals. That’s also why we weren’t able to provide a clear ETA earlier — the resolution depended entirely on their side.

Once we got confirmation that the issue had been fixed, we made sure to compensate the affected users accordingly.

An online casino relies on multiple systems working together: payments, games, bonuses, and the platform itself. And sometimes, when one of those systems is handled by a third party, issues can arise outside of our direct control. That said, we always do our best to act quickly and fairly.
