You probably won the argument because they understands the legal count charge as the case maybe if that was a centralized exchange you used.
They can't be afraid of the lawsuit with that small amount of money. Who would even dare suing them because of that small amount? Smiley Besides, they did it innocently/ignorantly, so they have nothing to fear.

This is a deliberate act of theft from the platform. Would you please share their name, so others can take note.
I don't need to share the name to avoid demarketing them, and I've shared a while ago that it is a good broker. It's an Australian broker, and they are good and sincere in what they do. My observation later revealed that the broker itself was a victim of a middleman (crypto firm) handling their clients' transactions. I guess my argument with them changed the narrative, as they entirely changed their crypto payment system and now only charge the exact blockchain fee.
