You still believe he is fair person?
Yeah, I absolutely do. He should get paid for what he does. He's kind of a rockstar in the Scam Accusations section and has helped scores of disgruntled gamblers there over the years. Obviously he can't help everybody. But he is as fair as you're going to get around here, for better or for worse.
Its not only me who doubt him, there is a lot of others out there asking him if he is a real representative of the casino.
He is not a real representative of any casino, as far as I know.
