OK, I would accept that as proof it still belongs to the original owner. However, I don't like to ask things of people.
If he sees the tag and clicks the reference, then he'll probably see BTC address mentioned.
I'm 100% sure the account belongs to a new owner, however, which is why they won't respond in this thread.
This can be for sure the case here and from what i know and have seen from what you are doing i guess you are right.
Sometimes you get a bit of feeling and a lucky hand and some instinct for what you are doing , its the same when i see a post or topic mostly i can say that its an Fake Malware Ann.
Even when i havnt checked all the things.
I am sure that we dont see that Account responding here in this thread.

Its just a neutral tag... When accounts go from smart to dumb that is enough proof for a neutral according to my own standards.
You are right and i dont wanted to complain about that , a neutral tagg is for sure the best option , when it turns out that the Account has changed hands and is misbehaving a red tagg is useful.
