I have seen some folks emphasising active trading and some even questioning the fact that of it being seen as a career path where one focuses mainly on gains they make from trading, one side sees trading as hubby, the other as a life. But while everyone is free to make their choices, it doesn't stop the fact that everything worth doing is worth doing well.
Why do people have different views on trading because they go through different journeys, traders who start when the market is bullish will be very optimistic and think trading can be a career but traders who enter when the market is bearish may think they have to be active to always pay attention to the market, so as not to miss the moment.
However, experience will teach many things, whether they can finally make trading a career or not, but I prefer as an investor trading is difficult for those who have other activities.
Aside from their different market entries that create different outcomes as well, let’s just embrace the reality that not all traders are destined to be successful and profitable. Some may only have eagerness to start trading, but they don’t have the real skills and strategies that a good trader must have. So they end up leaving trading, while these few traders managed to build their careers with trading and earn unlimited profits as possible as they can.
