My simple submission is that if the casino is licenced then their may not be need to put out their bankroll or the amount that they have in their reserve to the public, that should be part of the responsibilities given to the license body to verify to know if they meet the financial requirement or not before operation.

I think if they put it out to the public, they can be susceptible to attacks or different attempts of attacks and too many attempts of attacks can have a successful one. So to take the eyes of scammers away to an extent, they may not reveal how much they own.
