Some people do not even get discouraged just because of the enormity of the goal ahead but because of comparison, where they have seen that other people, their mates, have achieved these goals that they are setting for themselves in the future. Purely these comparisons can cause discouragement and then lead to the thinking of wanting to skip steps to get money more quickly.

Unfortunately, social media has facilitated this comparison. People post their success without the reality behind it.
