You should ask this question from yourself as why you would want to start up a DEX ? There are already many good Dex out there, so you should have an idea of what is unique that people will prefer to use your newly developed Dex. I hope you would be wanting investments from the investors to create / expand the DEX
If you create the Decentralized AI dex, it would be great I think!
