Ok, this is going straight to Curacao Gaming Commission Complaints.
I'm over their thievery.
The scam accusations being made against Stake are staggeringly high. Did you file a case with the Curacao licencing board?
[...]
Far as I know, even if he filed a case with the current licensing board [that'll be GCB], they won't accept the complaint. They're just an ad-interim body before the main governing body fully operational.
Wow, really?
Just an ad-interim body before the main governing body fully operational?
A quick look at the
https://www.gamingcontrolcuracao.org/about-us page would have clarified your hallucination:
The Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) is a foundation, incorporated on April 19, 1999, with the specific purpose of becoming the regulator for the entire gaming industry operating in and from Curaçao.
The GCB was the direct result of the second Mutual Evaluation Report of the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force in 1998. With the enactment of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, "LOK") on December 24, 202524, the GCB has been designated as the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Congratulations, this and your last reply from kingblowjob, overquoting "hallucinations" in tandem, as well both of you coincidentally applying the same message in the rating section, have officially confirmed you are the same users.
Now get the fuck off this thread you pathetic grub, I'm trying to achieve something here.
If you want to continue being a haemorrhoid, do so on your thread.

But yeah, this stacks of cases against Stake, not to mention we're always in the blind here with each of their progress, and my inability to push the wheel to be in motion... those thing made me wished someone just finally being generous [and well-connected] enough to throw Eddie's personal contact to me.
If only Stake would assign someone who is reachable to me and could work with me to sort things out like other casinos do, I somewhat believe there will be a lot more of greens on their tab in my list instead of blues and reds.
Yea this is borderline ridiculous, I'm sure they don't care about their image right now and as for AskGamblers, no, I gave up on independent sites since after going the nuclear option, little did I know that maintenance would occur on their site, locking me out
Lets suggest we use the actual trustpilot metrics so with 23% bad reviews, take into consideration a tenth of those might be this exact issue, unexplained theft.
Let's suggest stake gets on average, 2.5m players per year, quite high but feasible given their outreach.
2.3% of 2.5m would be 57,500 users.
Let's suggest that half those users get their money back to add confirmation bias, thats still 26,250, now if each and every one of those users had a minimum stooen withdraw of 10,000$, then Stake would have easily stolen more than a quarter of a billion.
This isn't just a serious issue now.
Take note there is a regulatory warning on Trustpilot now stating that regulators have been looking in Stakes direction
