I have come to realise that there are people who parade themselves as Bitcoin lords on social media, giving people the false narrative that they are earning big from either crypto trading or their crypto investments. These are the ones who give newbies the impression that cryptocurrency investment or trading is a sure way to become rich.
They got rich by many ways and they never tell you all truth about their rich journey. People can get rich with Bitcoin investment, hold it in many years and are billionaires now, but it's different with altcoins. I believe that most of altcoin narratives are untrue or part of the truth only, but half of truth is no longer truth, we know that.
Investment or trading, there are many conditions to succceed. You must have good personal traits for trading or investment, then have good knowledge about the market in general and projects you are intending to invest money in, and you need very disciplined practice as well as luckiness too.
While I condemn the act of misleading gullible people, I also apportion a huge part of the blame to those who allow themselves to get carried away without doing some research to verify how authentic the lifestyle of their role model is and their supposed source of income.
