My take on the matter.

As much as I'd to agree that a pro gambler doesn't rely on luck, I'd have to disagree. Any and all gambler needs luck. You might have the best analysis and formulate a strategy around it but if the luck isn't on your side that day, you're thoroughly cooked.

Not doing in depth analysis only increases your chances of getting cooked more often whereas a pro survives for longer because those analysis reduces the reliance on luck but luck itself never truly go away.
Professional gamblers knows every route of the system, they wouldn't want to jeopardize their chance but will always come up with something tangible, a good results for their gambling activities is definitely what they need. Professional gamblers and regular gamblers are entirely different, the odds coming to this end when it comes to differences between these gamblers are separate. Analysis do lie? There are multiple sources where we can generate more winnings for ourselves but with prospective angles to look up to, we're reluctant and unable to match our goals. Luck is something everyone needs in the system.  We can keep grinding for better days but not every single odds we encounter will hits.
