RE: questions about local posts, the initial idea was to not count any of them but considering the roster I just picked up I am willing to listen to feedback regarding this and make changes to accommodate you guys. Would some type of multiplier on local posts (0.5x or something) work for you? Let me know either way.
I'm also thinking avatars. If you guys have an avatar that defines your profile here on bitcointalk I am open to suggestions on what we could do on that front too, just post in here or send me a PM and we'll sort it out.

Though I post more in the international part of the forum, I appreciate and support your suggestion to count local language posts with a weight of 0.5.
I've no particular request regarding the avatar, I'm fine with the current one of the campaign.
