I’m watching Arsenal vs Crystal Palace, it’s quite a low key game which is understandable as both teams have pretty much nothing to play for in the league now. Palace are safe from relegation and can’t qualify for Europe via the league and Arsenal are just chilling in 2nd waiting for Liverpool to be crowned champions.
Both Arsenal and Palace have big ambitions in cup competitions though so maybe the lack of intensity from both teams is due to eyes and efforts looking towards other games.
I agree with you that both sides played like they had nothing to play for because of the energy put in the game, both sides were so relaxed and the game lacked intensity. In the end the game ended in a 2-2 draw, giving way to Liverpool’s Premier League title triumph this season.
