They are a massive name, there is no excuse for them to not have dedicated personnel to handle/address these issues Has any representative of Stake ever engaged in scam accusations or liaised with you (or others) in the past?
If only Stake would assign someone who is reachable to me and could work with me to sort things out like other casinos do, I somewhat believe there will be a lot more of greens on their tab in my list instead of blues and reds.
