I will not entirely leave the progress of Chelsea in the hands of Cole Palmer right now because the lad has yet to score in 9 if not 10 games now so it's better to advise that they work as a team and deliver to the fans the much needed results.
Everton are also fighting to move a spot higher and even though it will not affect anything on the table, they still want a progress so it's safe to say this game will be tough and like you said that their first leg was settled with a draw, I'm certain that both sides would try to see if they can best the other.
The match ended with a score of 1-0, Chelsea's victory. Nicolas Jackson's goal in the 27th minute was the only goal scored in the match. There was still a lot of time left, but Chelsea were unable to increase their advantage, and so was Everton who were unable to reply to the goal and equalized. In the match, many opportunities were wasted from both sides.
And it is very unfortunate that in the match even though Cole Palmer played his full game from the beginning to the end of the match, he was unable to score a goal, and this became the umpteenth time Palmer was absent from scoring
