Why not? A man launched a meme coin from his position as president and used his influence to promote it and no doubt make a lot of money - if someone whispered this idea to him I think he might show interest 
Well, anything is possible. Now that Musk will not have as much as to the ear of Trump it is safe to count him out. Maybe someone else will mention it to him
