Small update, I am going to count (and pay for) up to 10 posts made in the local boards each week, so if you exclusively post in your local language that'll be the cap and perhaps I'll revisit some multiplier idea but if you mix it up and can fill it out with 10 English posts as well, you're all good to go!

And as for avatars, don't hesitate in sending me a PM with a suggestion, already making some exceptions for some people while also considering a lower rate if you wouldn't be able to wear it at all.
