Why do you act so disrespectful to potential customers? If someone asks you a question, you should do your best to answer or at least acknowledge them in some way. You can even pm them and answer if nothing else.

can someone from BCPoker please confirm for certain... are players from the USA able to play on your poker platform? Every time I have as the chat bot on the webpage, they either don't answer or when they do, simply don't answer the question @BcPoker
thanks for pointing this out yahoo62278... I'm done trying to figure it out, because at this point if I can't get in touch with CS for a simple question like this, what happens when I have a real issue... just gonna play elsewhere
