But before I started betting, I asked in the chat directly - "I want to protect myself and verify my account before I start playing. What can I do for this?"
To which I was told that "you will verify when we want you to!"
Then I pointed out that I wanted to exclude fraud on the part of the bookmaker, when after verification the winnings are cancelled! That this is my right and why should I risk my money? Then I pointed out that I have a reason for this!
To which the operator in the chat answered me, yes, perhaps because of your reason, you really will not be able to pass verification, or perhaps this is not a problem. But how it will really be, you will only find out when you start to go through verification!
I was simply shocked!
Bookmaker representative, can you explain the reason for this behavior?
Are you deliberately manipulating the rules for the purpose of fraud?
