Waiting for tariff war to subside will be tough, because I think the current tariff being imposed is to prevent de-dollarization in the first place.

So, I kinda expect current tariff to be long lasting except if a nation can negotiate with the US to reduce their tariff which many countries are doing right now.

I guess dollar still gonna dominate for next few decades.

If tariffs continue, it will only drive the world further away from the US and confidence in the dollar will gradually disappear. Simply because no one wants to do business and trust people who like to bully them. Dedollarization will accelerate as the tariff war drags on.

If you are an American, you will understand what they are going through when they have to pay more just to buy the same things as before. If tariffs were really beneficial to the country, US companies and citizens in 51 states would not have objected and even wanted to sue Trump

Yes, it will still dominate for the next few decades but after that, it will soon be replaced by another currency. History has proven that nothing lasts forever and the US has dominated the world for long enough, and it is time for them to hand it over to someone else.
