These strategies may work, but if your losses are very high, you will have to put in almost double the amount you lost to recover. I have never tried it, I think it is too risky. If I see that I am not feeling “lucky” I stop and try another day. For me, this is what works best!

Doubling the amount you stake might be the beginning of your downfall, it's best to take a break when you are losing or just reduce your stakes...I figured out that a lot of people that lose more than what they win from gambling double their stakes to recover and as as such it makes them lose more than what they win...The house always uses psychological traps on gamblers and most times it always works..They know that some gamblers are likely to double their stakes to recover and they use it against them.

I agree that taking a break after a number of losses or amount lost is probably the best strategy
some days are better than others and in losing days sometimes the luck, the mental clarity, the flow is simply not there
these days it is better to just stop, take a break and reflect on how to improve
