That's interesting! Casinos usually block the account or restrict the bonuses of the users when the user is accused of having multiple accounts. Looks like the rules is different at Shuffle, and they are still allowing you to claim the bonuses. BTW, I just checked your complaint on Askgamblers and CasinoGuru. Shuffle team had replied to your complaints on Askgamblers and said this

We are currently conducting standard compliance checks. In this case, the bets placed by the individual across multiple accounts—with the larger deposit—have been flagged for potential integrity issues. We will finalize this matter once the sporting body completes its investigation.

Looks like the investigation of the "sporting body" hasn't completed yet. As a result, you are able to claim the bonus and your withdrawal issue hasn't been resolved yet. Still, Shuffle team should give some replies to you on time to time as it has already taken too much time.


I believe that this whole think is a one big nonsense, first it was mulitple accounts , after that it was investigation investigating something and I just want some conversation with them, but they still ghosting me


Ser, PATIENCE. Shuffle has no reason to "scam" you, a random user. There probably is an issue, and they need to follow a sort of standard to fix that issue. They can't merely give you your money back, and if the problem/issue comes again from another user, they follow another set of actions. That would be unfair.

One of the problems with all this newbies making complaints against some reputable casinos like shuffle is that, they are tend to be carried away with emotions and to the point that the forget to tsoe note of some security procedures, most especially when the problem have to do with individual accounts and any security related issue's that involve the platform security team.

If you send repeated complaints their may ignore you, they give straight forward answers, and if your case is accusations pf multiple accounts, you have little to no chance sinthe account are flagged based on good investigation by the security team, so even though you do a kyc it will definitely take manual procedures and chances are slim to get the accounts back.
