There is no first or after that. The whole issue is related to your betting activity with multiple accounts from the beginning. They have already taken too long time for the investigation, and Shuffle team should have given an update about the situation to you occasionally. But nothing can make the investigation process faster in this type of situation. You will receive the funds if your betting activity was transparent.
