True, being very active would give members the confidence that OP is doing his best to make sure they are attended to, and this would build trust that OP's customer service would be reliable to handle situations as they arise in the community. If OP feels he can not be able to meet up with interacting with the community and keeping the thread engaged with the community members, OP should hire the services of a member here who could help OP till as a team member to making sure the community is attended to and their contributions or question of inquiry are properly noted to be looked into by the team. As for publicity, it is nice that OP puts that into account because without it, the traffic would not be generated as much as expected, and that would be a little challenging for the game to grow and become popular.
