How you figured it out? Through some AI tool or you have been there as well?
I took the picture some distance away from where this guy is standing guy towards mountains. More precisely, adjustment to that building in white and green colour behind this person.
I thought it was a rather large engineering undertaking for Pakistan so I just searched for "new bridges in Pakistan" (not in quotes for the search) looking for images - I think the 5th or 6th image matched the structures in your picture and similarly in "short videos" I found a few from that project. It's quite impressive and much better than any of the mountain passes I've travelled in Romania.
That really is, "work smart not hard."
These bridges are constructed to increase radius of curves from 8 meters to 30 meters. Japan provided concessional loans and assistance in construction of these because HINO trucks (Japanese company) are struck in this region of Sulaiman Mountains. With construction of these bridges trucks can easily pass through this mountian region.
