in my expectations it could have been more officially rigid in respect and or subject to this generally in terms of always making the differences according to hierarchy.
IMO, every campaign manager tries his best to strike a balance between the interests of forum members and the sponsor. There has to be a high degree of freedom for campaign managers to act in a way in which they feel comfortable. Every campaign manager knows the importance of this forum and thus would never try to sabotage it as it will only give him short-term benefits. I remember one of the sayings by my professor, '
Hierarchical structures are like mountains in the background you can not move them, but at the same time, you have to move while respecting the terrain'.
