This is OK, but you can also allow limited number of posts in local boards, that would be easier for everyone.
I would be fine with allowing around five posts per week in local boards.
Just if you didn't see it: Hhampuz has stated above that from now on up to 10 posts in local boards will be paid. I would be fine with allowing around five posts per week in local boards.
