- Putin claims recovering Kursk (after month, not days or week as someone said on this thread a while ago). However all the territory is not under Ruzzian control, unless Putin has decided to hand part of it to Ukraine.

For whole this time until now they were trying deny North Korea involvement. Wondering why they decided to confirm it now. So, glorious 2nd army in the world aren't even capable to recover small part of Kursk region alone.
