BC game KYC failed after withdrawing money

I was making deposits and withdrawals in USDT without any problems.

Today, I made a deposit in my local currency, and when I made a profit, I couldn't withdraw until after the verification process.

I sent them my ID, and it was verified.

I sent them my SLife account, and it was verified.

They're asking for a bank statement and other things I can't provide because I live in a rental property not in my name, so I can't get bills in my name.


I sent them a bank statement from my Wise account.

I also sent them a bank statement from my personal bank, but the bank hasn't sent me a bank statement for two months. The last time I received a bank statement was a month ago, and I can't get an early statement.


Now my money is on hold, and of course I don't want to accuse them of fraud, but I don't understand what to do.

Even the platform's support isn't helping. It says your attempts have ended.

If I want to withdraw my money and stay away from them, I'll have to.
