Sadly, the CEXs and Bridges seem to be a likable option for so many newbies and old users as compared to p2p decentralized exchanges. This explains why the latter usually have very low volumes and liquidity.
I agree on CEX but disagree on Bridges as I think newbies are more popularly using CEX than using Bridges. In my opinion, bridges are for experienced and also advanced users, not for newbies.
Newbies mostly struggle to understand basic things like Bitcoin blockchain, Bitcoin block explorers, Bitcoin wallet types (custodial vs non-custodial) and they rely on CEX for purchasing and storing their bitcoins. With most of newbies, they don't know about bridges and if they know, they are fearful to use bridges.
People only care more about bridges if they already pass through basic things but are brave enough to ignore security risk of bridges.
