I want to know how you use the forum. Can you engage in forum discussion when you are in the midst of people that your attention can be called at anytime.  Or you use the forum when you are free alone, like in the midnight when every where is quiet.
Regardless of our busy schedule both at work and home, there's no day we don't engage on casual Facebook discussions without it affecting our daily routine. At the end, it's all about setting priority and doing what matters to you regardless of how engaged your day might be on a regular. On an average, work and a lot of personal responsibility is enough to keep one off the forum but if you're interested in learning and benefiting maximally from the forum, you will create chance within the day to check out what is happening on the forum.

The fact that even if you're making a post or making a reply to an already created thread you're not required to do it only at a stipulated time makes it easier for anybody to engage in forum discussion based on when they are chanced. Even if you're posting at night, the time zone of the different forum users are not the same, while you might be posting in the night thinking it's late, other people's time zone might be in the morning and even though it's a thread you create, people will still be online to engage in it as long as it is a positive thread. As a work from home person, it's easy to combine work and forum activity because it's just a matter of switching from regular work to forum activity which on an average takes less than few seconds.
