Some offices give employees time off during holidays, but others don't. Some even make employees come to work on Christmas Day or during other festive seasons.

For me, I don't think it's fair to make an employee work during holidays. I think it should be voluntary - if you want to come to work, you can, but if you don't, you can stay home and celebrate with your family and friends.

But what do you think about making someone's work mandatory during holidays?
I am not in favor of working on holidays but I am forced to work. In the case of government jobs, it may not be compulsory to work on holidays but in private institutions, office staff are forced to work on holidays. When people get very mentally tired from working, at least one day off is declared in a week but if you have to spend that day working then it is definitely not good. But there are many offices that make extra payments when working on holidays. But there are many offices in which no extra payment is given when working on holidays. But whether payment is made or not, I am not in favor of working on holidays because this day is basically a day for the family.
