one of my biggest dreams is working in the bitcoin space. Has anyone having recommendations toward potential companies, that are hiring etc. I see it as my moral responsibility to bring more people to bitcoin and teach them about the broken fiat system.

There are large companies built around cryptocurrency market. So they need manpower to run those companies. You may want to check the career page of those companies. Especially Binance, Coinbase etc. usually hire top talents in this market. Follow these companies in LinkedIn so that you get a notification when a job is posted.
In my country, coinbase was hiring a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to apply for that job but the skillets were not matching. I am sure they hire for many functions across the organisation. The only thing is that you need to be persistent in job search.
