I have checked your screenshots and there is nowhere they have told you what you violated, i think that is unfair and a different casino did something similar recently, until they were pressured into posting what the player violated.
To be fair, i have not played in this casino yet, but they have a successful signature campaign here and it is rare to see a scam accusation against them in this board, that of course does not mean you are telling lies, but what it means is that Chips should do what they can to solve this expediently. I am going to ask @holydarkness if he has any contact in this casino, to speed things up.
Unfortunately, I don't. They have a prior and serious situation too before they start a campaign here, though it got resolved in their favor through CG [or was it AG?].
's suggestion above is the most feasible, for OP to reach the casino rep and get them address it here. I'll try to get in touch with them if after some days, the wheel is still unmoving.
