I can't really think of any customer support role that has anything to do with bitcoin specifically. Maybe, companies that handle ETFs of bitcoin or online casinos that offer crypto or exchanges. There are a lot of companies that would need customer or technical support but I do not think they all only work around bitcoin but they also work with other cryptocurrencies.
Since you have background as a software engineer, you might get a job as a developer for crypto projects or platforms. You can go around here and read. Of course there are also jobs being offered around here in the forum but think of it just more as side hustles rather than contractual ones.
