Are you using Electrum lightning network? I have used it before. I have also used Phoenix and some other ones before. Electrum is a more way to let lightning network is but Phoenix is better for newbies. Some people also will have an issue if they use Electrum. I will still prefer to recommend Phoenix and even Zeus.
