Judging from his experience and the trophies he has won for the clubs he has coached, Brazil has made the right move by appointing him as head coach.
However, his presence is a threat to young players because he is not a friendly coach to them, just look at some of Real Madrid talented players, they have difficulty getting playing minutes, he also rarely promotes players from the academy.
