The case for Arsenal at this time, besides benefiting from playing at home, they also greatly benefited from seeing PSG's current focus, especially in domestic competitions they are not in good condition so that indeed this could be a whip of more enthusiasm for Arsenal,

PSG has won the Ligue since April 5th, there is no point in them even playing with the first team in the remaining matches, it makes no sense to stretch your team over something you have no benefit from.
PSG do have a winning streak in the domestic league but their stats but can it be compared between Ligue 1 and the EPL? And besides that we can look at their last 5 matches in all competitions in the end you also have to accept that PSG lost 2 times to Aston Villa in the Champions League second leg as well as last week when they were beaten 1-3 by Nice at the Parc des Princes.

Why would we even compare a competition that was over like a month ago with the current one?
PSG has won it, there is absolutely no point in them even scoring a goal when they need to rest their players for a way more important tournament.
And again, why only Aston Villa, they eliminated Liverpool, which is the uncontested leader of the  Premier League, who cares how they did it, they did it, and that's what everyone is looking at. Inter lost to Bayer and then proceeded to eliminate Bayern, Monaco beat Barcelona, see how this works?

As always when I'm in these debates, if you're so sure of it, and you think bookies are wrong by giving such low odds to PSG why don't you take advantage of it?
