There are so many different rules in different countries, sometimes even BTC is banned, yet there are still BTC transactions in these countries. How does it work? Is it easy to sell btc in your country, or to buy something with it?
Once there is no official statement regarding bitcoin for a ban, then its legal for anyone to make bitcoin transaction, however, the country may not fully supported the use of bitcoin because of the risk in it, but still don't denied its citizens the right for what they want, we man make use of a decentralized exchange to sell or buy bitcoin in case of privacy and also use a physical p2p for the same purpose in case of dealing with a trusted person, buying and selling bitcoin should not be a problem even with he use of centralized exchanges as long as its a legal act to do so in that country.
What have you bought, for example? Or what are you planning to buy?
There are many official platforms where we can buy and sell bitcoin, also i have a link to where you can spend bitcoin online below.
