I'm delaying my report a little bit at the moment but I'm still doing my routine because at the moment although the intensity has decreased a little bit but it's undeniable that this condition hasn't changed.
Before I was still doing push ups at least 150 but now I'm trying to reduce the intensity due to several things including maybe I'm now in a sluggish condition
But my consistency is still quite maintained because at least even though it's not like I used to do 5 sets x 30 reps but for now I started changing the pattern with 3 sets x 40 reps.
The number of push ups has decreased but I am now starting a new habit especially now I want to do more sit ups because I want to change the shape of my stomach.
