If you think logically, you will know that before any campaign is launched here, the managers usually have a one on one talk via direct private message and it is during the private discussion between the company and campaign manager that all the terms and conditions would be agreed upon. The company would definitely ask questions about how campaigns are usually conducted on the forum and the payment design for members and the campaign manager would then tender the explanation of how campaign is managed on the forum and the payment design. After which, the company would choose which payment design they want to offer.

That's why some manager have more than two campaigns that they are managing and those campaigns could have different payment design for the different ranks. For example, a manager could be managing campaigns "A" "B" and "C" For campaign "A" The manager could be paying Sr., Hero and Legendary rank the same amount, meanwhile in campaign "B" He is paying different amount to all the different ranks, and for campaign "C" He is paying different amount for Full members and Sr. Member while he is paying the same amount for Hero and legendary in that campaign, note that it's one manager that is managing this three campaigns but the payment designs is not the same and what causes it is because he (the manager) has different agreement for payment design amount those companies.
