Three points:
First, I don't think this count as a scam, there is no fund being in dispute. So this thread does not belong here. I'm not even sure where it belongs. Gambling boards, maybe.
Second, continuing my post that I made on their ANN, that I deliberately not continue so we don't have that multiple-simultaneous-threads issue,

So, yes, you have your right to feel concerned and have the urge to perform KYC before it will be asked in the future.
Do they have to follow your request, though? No. Why? I'll redirect the discussion and try to explain it to you in your own thread.
And those above, are written with a deliberate disregard to David's revelation of your previous inquiry about your eligibility while being in restricted territory, because that too will be addressed in your own thread.
Do they have to follow your request though? No. Why? Because it is within

WITHOUT any guesswork![...]

Well, I have to digest the part on the second quoted paragraph, but I believe that's the answer to their refusal and key to get to the bottom of your issue, as well as answering your question about how you're allowed to play but not to verify with your passport.
This is their ToS,

help me understand your residency status by answering these: does having properly documented and being the resident of the new country you're in revoke the citizenship status of your previous country?
