Truly right. They must change their style of business operations and customer support. Since that mass issue wave on their site, they appointed one, and two community and customer support staffs who joined this announcement thread too. They did it with promise that speed of handling customer complaints will be faster, but nothing was changed so far.Hopefully things change soon...
