To my surprise, my balance was actually significant (above $10k). I had completely forgotten about their daily interest thing and the duration of which my coins where in my account generating revenue, that is for more than 3 years

You did right action in air of a business collapse, and acted early around a likely bankrun. It's understandable.
I made the withdrawal request doubting I will ever see the coins in my wallet based on this topic, but the next day when I checked, they were there...
FreeBitco.in by processing your withdrawal request, that I consider as a big one, proved that they are a trusted business and did not scam their users. At least they paid you and other users as far as I knew from this thread.
However, I'll wait until the owners take the appropriate steps in addressing all these complains and improve things.
Hopefully things change soon...
Truly right. They must change their style of business operations and customer support. Since that mass issue wave on their site, they appointed one, and two community and customer support staffs who joined this announcement thread too. They did it with promise that speed of handling customer complaints will be faster, but nothing was changed so far.
