I do not understand anything about this post because it is like it has no meaning. What does ethereum scaling has to do with global instability? This is not a good post.
I am lazy to read that article because I do not have interest in ether. I just have a question. Is the coming upgrade going to have significant effect on ether fee? I mean by reducing it significantly?
