It has been a blissful collaboration between Ancellotti and the club and winning 15 trophies for them really deserves to be appreciated. Even if Real Madrid is a big club with great players it is still not easy to accomplish this.
Well, as for the poor results recently i will also have to blame him for not being very observant so i think he is at fault. He was blended by last season performance that he never thought of signing more players despite losing some. Only added Mbappe and felt it was okay knowing fully well that his defenders are injury prone. His negligence led to all the struggles this season.
Coaches don't make decisions on their own they have help from others too but since they were the ones given an official contract they will be the ones responsible for the team's performance. If a team is performing well then the manager will be praised just as last season but when they are not performing well they will be criticized forgetting about all the achievements.
Guys, i repeat again, Carlo Ancelotti is a great coach.
Changing coaches often doesn't lead to team improvement, it leads to team stability problems and therefore it's not good to do these things. You can't send away a coach just because in a season with many problems you didn't win anything.
