This is a pure scam. The OP played dice and won. There's no reason to multi-account. This should be the end of the case. We have no idea if Stake sent doctored evidence to casinoguru.

Forget the winnings. It was $100 or less. I am just asking for my deposit back which was never their money to begin with.
That's surprising, even if you had registered and used another account how you could abuse anything from the casino by just playing dice and winning $100? This money doesn't belong to them since it's not winnings you've made, but your deposit. So I don't understand how they can dare to seize it without any police or court order.

If I recall correctly, all funds seized under AML ot CTL have no obligation to disclose or refund due to the nature of the laws.
That and any seizures that are investigated and deemed to be not of interest, goes right into their pockets.

I could be incorrect and they may have to forfeit it, but with AML and CTL, it has to be secretive and aggressive.

Not to defend anyones actions
I don't think this case has anything to do with AML. If it were for $100k, maybe.

The mediator is clearly biased.

That is why the by Stake paid undercover agent @HolyDarkness recommends Casino Clown!  Cheesy

Casino Clown even doesn't know what the law of large numbers is!  Roll Eyes

Amazing how you top your own nonsense every single time. You really need to seek some professional help, not only for your gambling addictions but also for your obvious mental issues. Holy is the one guy here that actively helps people and doesn't expect or get anything for it. People like you ( so called forum cancers ) posting nonsense like this, it's just embarrassing and shameful.

OP's money are absolute peanuts. Stake pays out so much money every day, you seriously think they care about such a small time account? Even CG sited with them, there must be a reason for that, clearly.

It really doesn't matter if the casino is rich when it comes to stealing. 1xbet is the 2nd biggest casino here only behind Stake. These big casinos are the worst. Everyone blindly sides with the casino. They know they can get away with it.

AML has very specific guidelines and it wouldn't matter if it was $50 or $50 million if the guidelines are met, it is seized, it would explain the non-compliance.
But this is pure speculation on my end
